Hello,

i have a My Passport Studio after i format to mac journaled, my mac cannot mount the disk. The hard disk is spinning the LED light is steady (idle mode)

Hello, try different USB cable and different USB ports, you could try on another mac, if none of this works, you can try to reformat again.

I tried all, change usb, plugged into another laptop. I can’t format because it wasn’t visible on Disk Utilities.
