WD My Passport Not Showing on New Laptop

Hi All,

So I recently got a new MSI laptop and the hd wont show up at all. It works fine on my old macbook pro and also other devices like my mouse or flash drives works fine on the MSI. I see it in settings>devices, I see it in device manager and also in disk management but with no name (Disk 2). I’ve looked up a few things and still don’t know what to do, so please check out the screen shot and tell me what you think.

Hi,

You have to format the drive again in exFat. you can also follow the instructions following below-
