WD My Passport not detected after Acronis WD True Image format

Hi,

I recently bought the above and needed to format it to Fat32 so did some Googling and found the following article;

I downloaded the software, ran it and performed the format using the following article;

Since then I cannot see the drive in explorer and all the WD utilities say there are no supported WD drives attached?!

Could anyone please help?

All sorted please ignore; managed to re format after a good old reboot :flushed:
