WD My Passport Files Failed to Back Up

I’ve seen this posted previously, and I reviewed support links for this topic, but my problem seems a bit unique. Every time WD Backup (Version 1.9.6883.7282) runs for me I receive an error that 5 files consistently fail to back up. They’re shown in the following screen capture. None of them show up on my computer during a file search.

Please know that “.dat” file is a generic data file created by a specific application.

Thank you Brandon. The problem is I can’t seem to find the location of the files on my computer so I can unselect that particular folder from the backup list.
