I was looking at pictures and watching video directly from the HDD last week when my computer suddenly “hanged” and froze. I reset my computer and when it’s back on, problem came.
It detected the “Unlocker” without any issue. Problem came after I entered the password. “My Computer” seems to be keep searching for the drive, after a few minutes, a new drive pop up but it is still loading and it seems to be forever loading. I am not able to open the drive. (As shown in the picture F: and G:)
I tried formatting with the WD Quick Drive Format but it keeps failing.
Please help.
