Its quite annoying that WD drive dont have the reliability as their Drives cant be trusted.
In My Case My 1 drive had hardware issues…and it was replaced causing me immense problems for Data Loss. Now the repalced 2 TB drive has also gone…again effecting my services n functionality as it had critical data on it.
Unfortunately this time…I called the customer care on 10th August and was informed that my warranty was over on 8-Aug-2015. This again frustrating…as the drive was spoiled right in the start of August but I couldnt raise the ticket at that time as I was travelling.
Woould request your consideration in my case…and expect quality & relaibility in WD products atleast this time.
