WD Passport works fine on “WD Live HD”, where I can see all files.
When I connect it to my PC it doesn’t work, and asks to format disk first.
Can you help me, since I have important files on my Passport?

Unfortunately, your drive could be corrupted. You will need to format the drive in order to make it operational again.

My question is after doing the re-formating, will i be sure that this won’t happen again. I need to use WD my passport on both TV and PC.
To avoid corruption problems again try safely removing the drive from your computer and WD Live HD before disconnecting, this is the number one reason why drives tend to get corrupted. On the WD TV there’s and option to eject the drive on the remote.
