Hi, I have an external drive My passport 2TB (WXR1E68FY54D). I have a problem using it with my laptop. Before it worked perfectly. Now it starts to work but doesn’t appear in the list of disks at all, when I connect it to one of USB ports, and when I connect it to another, it shows up, but disappear after a couple of minutes. (the sleeping mode is set for 30 min, so it’s not because of that)
I tried it with PC - all good, the performance is stable.
I’ve heard it may be connected to USB controllers drivers update, but not really sure what to do.
Does anyone have an idea? :((
