WD My Passport died?

Hi, thanks for your time reading.

I normally plug my WD Passport into my computer and it boots right up and im on my way, but today I did this and the auto unlock feature turned on, so I but in the password I know i put on it, and variations of, and it wouldnt work. I finally gave in and decided to erase the drive, but when I did so, it gave me an “Error 3” message, is my drive borked? Can I contact customer support about this?

Unfortunately it seems the hard drive has malfunctioned. I’d recommend a free device replacement under warranty.
