HI! I have a WD MY Password Hard Drive 500 GB. Just last week i tried to open my stored files on my password using my laptop( which i normally do), it can be detected but cant be open… What do I do? I tried opening to our pc or our office pc’s but still the same. My only concern is all my back files are stored there. Please help me.
Are you getting any error msgs? Can you please post it. Also are you able to see your drive in your computer disk management?
