WD My Passport 4Tb: why only quick erase

Hello!

WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic suggests for 4Tb My Passports only QUICK ERASE erases the first and last million sectors on the drive. It doesn’t suggest FULL ERASE low-level format.
Is it normal?

And specially tested, for 2Tb My Passports It suggest both QUICK and FULL ERASE.

How could I make FULL ERASE of my 4Tb My Passport by Data Lifeguard Diagnostic?

asp73, I’ve already read this article and even fixed my 2Tb My Passport in such way.

But the question is “WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic suggests for 4Tb My Passports only QUICK ERASE. It doesn’t suggest FULL ERASE.”
