The drive shows in My computer on my Win 7 32 bit system, the folder won’t open. When the computer detected the drive it started to downloading drivers. 2 out of 3 loaded successful SES USB failed.
Tried running WD lifeguard with no luck, it starts detecting drives and shuts down after 15 seconds.
Have a lot of important pictures and documents on this drive and like to get them off of it.

Just unplugged WD my passport and the Lifeguard program popped back up and say can’t read drive size. It found the internal HD of the computer.

Hello, have you tried connecting the drive to a different computer and using a different USB port?

Yes with same results tried a different cable no luck.
