I’ve just got My Cloud and am trying to install the desktop application on my mac.
On the final set up page (summary) a message comes up saying:
'There were errors with the installation. You may want to try installing again (i’ve tried three times now).
The installation failed
An unknown installation error occurred.
The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.’

Have you tried installing the latest version of the application directly from WD’s site?
