WD my cloud Volume Failure

I am using WD my cloud Model # : WDBCTL0030HWT-NESN , Firmware Version : 2.11.133.

just after opening the Cloud i found that the storage space is 0 MB and there is a caution message in diagnostic field and i cant access my HD. attached pics for the errors i have.

It seems that drive is not functional and need to contact WD’s Technical Support about this.
