WD My Cloud stops working after a while

Good day,
when i start My Cloud both HD Leds light blue. The power LED flashed blue. While it is flashing blue i can see My Cloud in the Network list of my router, but cant access the Cloud. After abt 5 minutes the flashing stops and all lights go off, but it seems that the Cloud is somehow still running. I cant see nor access it via the router anymore.

Is she broken?

Please advise what else is needed.

unplug and re-plug the power.

See if it reboots. Sometimes the LED can be off or power shuts off.

thank you. i tried that many times, but unfortunately it stays the same. have the feeling the box is broken
