WD My Cloud stopped working

I have a WD my cloud (3T) storage single disk unit that has been working for the past couple of years. Last week, I noticed that the unit was off, after further instigation, I realized that the external power supply was dead so I replaced it. Not, the unit keeps flashing yellow/amber light, never turns blue and the system does not appear on my network. I have all my pictures, videos, documents on this unit. I wish I would have purchased the mirrored version of this unit. Does anyone know how to get the information out of the unit? When I listen closely, I can hear that the hard drive keeps turning on and off. I am hoping that the drive is ok and that its a problem with the circuit board.

Try to preform 4 second reset on the drive and check if the issue still persist. Please refer to the link given below for more information.
