So My WD My Cloud was stolen. I bought it at Staples in 2014. I still have the receipt but not the serial number. WD Support and Staples both say they can’t help me. I want to let the Police know, hock shops and online sites know the serial number in case the thieves sell it.
Any tips on how to deal with this?

@pipertim Have you gone to Support and checked there. You will need to enter your email address and password. You would have created this when you registered your device.
