You should check your ISP status because a loss of internet could disrupt the My Cloud Home (MCH). A loss of WD servers local to your country could also result in the loss of function. If you need constant access of your NAS without internet service, you should return the MCH to your retail shop because it will not suit your purpose.
A lot of clients of WD lost connection. WD did something wrong with the Firmware upgrade which led to this situation. Support will tell you that the hardware is broken (which I guess is not the case. I assume your Public Space is still working)
