I have the latest firmware update, but my WD My Cloud doesn’t connect when I select it in my Finder. Any ideas? It’s been working perfectly fine. This only usually happens off and on. It is connected to my router through the ethernet cable that it came with.
Hi Allzy10, have you tried powercycling the router and the My Cloud?
