when accessing the my cloud dashboard under the settings tab, then selecting network. It says there is no internet access… Ive checked and I cannot access the drive outside of my home network, it also cant check for updates to the firmware.
Things ive tried:
I have reset my home router from scratch, still nothing.
It has a static ip… Honestly I’ll just tough it out before I do a factory restore… It took forever to transfer my files from my “my book live” to the “wd my cloud”…
