Hi there!

Looking for some troubleshooting suggestions.
Installed my cloud on an iPad. Has worked great for months, and now suddenly, getting a passcode prompt on startup. I believe one of neice’s may have enabled it, pushing on the iPad. Any thoughts on how to disable it? Can’t reach the settings button, to disable where one would go to enable it.

You’ll have to delete the app and reinstall it.
