My WD My Cloud Mirror’s Dashboard is extremely slow, after 2 years of normal use. It takes so long to load menus and links that by the time I can click on them it logs me out. I cannot use it at all.
The Power Led on the device is now red. I believe because I’m close to run out of free space.
I have deleted a huge quantity of GBs but I’m afraid the files are not actually deleted on the disks, since I cannot see any difference when I look at the Size in the Properties of the Disk. (see image)
How can I erase completely the bin files? What can I do to get the Dashboard working?
