Wd my cloud is not accessible local documents are available

hello, up until a month ago i had no problem with sharing files via my cloud, but suddenly it decided not to work any more. The only time i can get on it is when I’m connected to my local network, can someone help me with this issue its irritating!!
I’m on a mac, all the the softwares are up to date, reinstated the app on the phone but still nothing, what do i do?

What does the Dashboard report for Cloud Access status?

Try disabling and then re-enabling cloud access; if your router has been given a new global IP address by your ISP, the MCloud may have lost connection.
