installed app but it wont connect to my Mycloud device. It shows that its found device on the network but when i select connect i get the following error msg:
“unable to connect to device, your request timed out please try agian later”
My ipad is running IOS 8 and my Mycloud has the latest frirmware update.
has any one else had the same experience or can offer any advise on how to resolve this issue!!
any help would be most welcome
What happens if you try to connect manually by using a registration code?
