Could you pass this information to your factory who response Retail ex HDD packaging.

For the power adapter, DONOT assemble adapter plug with the adapter body, bec your product sell worldwide.

It very difficut to replace and it’s very easy to be broked.

Let your customer select which one is compatible with thier electric socket.
