I have recently purchased a mycloud home device, not the best time given the outage, but now I’m trying to set it up for my iphone and my app store keeps saying the app is not available in the country/region. I am in the UK, anybody know why this is happening?
I have the same issue, I deleted My Cloud OS 5 app and I’m not able to reinstall it, my App Store account region is set to US

I couldn’t find the OS5 app in the App store but it is back today. I downloaded it to my iPhone 11 and it works! Now I have a problem getting my Cloud Home up and running …
