I just bought a My Cloud Home 4TB to replace My Cloud 2TB. I’ve been trying for days to get My Cloud Home to be ‘discovered’ by Bose Music System but unsuccessful.
I’ve no problems transferring data from My Cloud to My Cloud Home.
I’m able to use Desktop App and Mobile App to access My Cloud Home and My Cloud.
I suspect WD is not compatible with Bose Music System any more due to its operating system updates. It may also be the reason why Bose has stopped production of its Soundtouch range of music systems and mainly concentrating on speakers.
Is anyone encountering same/similar issues with connectivity with Bose (unable to be ‘discovered’ by the system)?
Can anyone please share your experience to resolve my connectivity issues?
