Hi ,

I have reset my cloud home yesterday but i can’t reconfiguration again in same my account ?
can any one help me to fix that ?
Other thing did any one know why my cloud home after 10 min working stop the internet traffic and show me in the app & web page the device offline ?

I had the same problem. I left it overnight and was prepared for a long struggle finding a solution and for some reason it logged in fine in the morning. WD support were not much help when I tried contacting the night before.
