WD My Cloud Ex4100

Hi, I would like to explain my issue and I need your support please. I work with WD my cloud ex4100. Im storing a shared folders on it and normal users are accessing it by the ip and admin are accessing it by browser for editing purposes. Recently, the folder is not accessible and I got message saying windows cant access this ip!
I tried to access in browser but it’s not. I tried to connect the device directly to my pc but same, also connected to router directly but same. I’m sure its not a hardware issue. The ip suddenly became not accessible. And it’s hard to change the ip because all users will lose the folder. Guide me guys to solve the issue. The data is so sensitive.
