WD My Cloud EX4100 Cannot turn off public option on shares

Hello,

We have a brand new EX4100 my cloud which we setup initially. We have joined it to the domain but we are facing a very weird error.

On the shared folders that we create we cannot turn off the Public button in order to enable access based on the users, so the WD storage is useless right now.

Our firmware is up to date.

Please let us know on how we can resolve this.
