So.
I have aWD My-Cloud EX2 Ultra 4TB storage, all went good until I changed my PC desktop. when the power is down for a moment it (My-Cloud) creates three folders - Shared music, shared pictures and Shared Videos. and I’m not able to delete them. it says I don’t have a permission to delete them. and I need to ask or change admin from root (Unix User\root) (pictureattached)

It seems like you have a NAS device. You can delete those share folder from your NAS Webui.
