WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra stuck at OS upgrading

I recently got an used WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra. After installing the latest firmware an OS 5 update message box appeared and tried to update it, but it igot stuck at “upgrading (100%), do not unplug” (something like that) and the blue led on the device is bliking and it’s been almost 2 hours since it got stuck.

Is it safe to unplug it and plug it again while the blue led is still bliking?
