I have 7 users on the NAS that work normally. When I add a new user and another and another user, none of the new users can log in to the PC folders or network drive even though the folders on the NAS are allowed. Is there some cache memory on the NAS that is somehow stuck?
I have two of these same NAS and this has happened to me on both of them… the only solution was to factory reset and enter all users and folders again, etc., which is quite laborious for me… any other solution?
of course I already tried deleting the user in windows credentials and the same result… from my point of view there is some problem on the NAS
