WD My Cloud doesn't show anything when I launch it (images included)

After installing WE My Cloud on my WIndows 8.1 laptop, the software comes up but it displays absolutely nothing. What else could it be?

Hello,

Make sure you have the latest Flash player and Java update.

Hi,

Did you have internet when you installed the application?

Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the application with internet access?
