I have my W.D My Cloud devices does not run. Device firmware has been a problem after update. We Can’t log in WD My Cloud program. Username area empty for my cloud.

The My Cloud Desktop App v1.07 for WIndows and macOS has reached it’s end of support life cycle with a final release in February and March of 2016. To know more, you can refer to the link given below.
