Wd my cloud dl2100 update auf OS 5 nicht möglich

Weder das Update aus dem Webinterface noch das manuelle Update aus Dateiupload ist möglich. Nutze die 2 TB Version und habe auch schon alles auf Werkseinstellung zurückgesetzt. Im Webinterface erhalte ich die Meldung: Wird aufgerüstet -1% und dann passiert nichts mehr. Beim manuellen hochladen erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung: Fehler beim Hochladen der Firmware. Versuchen Sie es erneut. Die alte Firmware 2.41.116 kann ich dort aber ohne weiteres hochladen und installieren.

Wie kann ich das Problem lösen?

Over the past 2 days I’ve experienced the same issue with my DL2100. Each time I attempted the firmware update from 2.41.116 to 5.14.105 I received the error and Code 1003. I’m unsure if location matters but I currently reside in Germany as well. After resetting everything to the factory settings I attempted to apply an earlier Version 5 update in the hopes that is would be successful. I attempted 5.11.112 and was successful. Following this update the system automatically updated to 5.14.105 with no issues. I found the update at “https://downloads.wdc.com/nas/WDMyCloudDL2100_5.11.112_prod.bin”. I hope this information is helpful.
