I am unable to use the WD My Cloud Desktop app. Whenever it is launched, a blank screen shows (screenshot). I am using My Book Live 2TB. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the software multiple times, but it still shows up like this.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try to check Java to see if you have the latest update, perhaps the version of java you have could be an outdated one. Hope this helps you out

I’m on Macbook Pro latest EL Capitan and latest drivers and software on my WD Cloud. Did talk to support but they don’t have any sullotions that works for me
