This is only running intermittently. Usually it hangs looking for my My Cloud Mirror.

My computers are both running current (win 7) os. I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest My Cloud software. It finds the device the first time it runs, but not thereafter. All other WD software works fine.
Any other suggestions?
