I have recently bought a new unit and trying to set things up using the the wd my cloud desktop app and for some reason it keep changing my background image to 1 solid color (purple). I found that it is very annoying. Does anyone have a solution to this problem ???
Is this only happening while the app is running, or does the change to your desktop background remain until manually changed even after closing the app and rebooting your system?
it happened when I opened the app. sometimes it does changed while the app in running. But if I closed the app and do a refresh, it will sometimes do the trick, but doesn’t sometimes. closing the app and restarted the system will bring me back to the original background that I have. I did not have to change it back manually.
