Wd my cloud can't access

Hi all
My 2 t/ bite cloud device has flashing blue light and i can’t access it any more
I have tried the two resets to no avail
Got any suggestions ?

Is the My Cloud connected to a router?
Are the two LED’s on the My Cloud Ethernet port lit?
Have you checked the router’s administration page to see if the My Cloud is obtaining an IP address from the router?
Can you access the My Cloud Dashboard using the My Cloud’s IP address (obtained from the router)?

I may have found the problem …
A new smart tv meaning I will need to set up IPP addresses etc.
Not done this before so any advice will be welcomed
