WD mycloud PC app doesn’t show any user and is not accessing the Device while we can access the device through the web and mobile app.
WD My Cloud Desktop app is end of life and has stopped working. The only way to access is either through browser or through mobile app.
Dear when will they fix it, and how about the contact center of WD, can any one provide me the contact NO of WD.
The desktop app has been stopped, so there is no way that western digital would provide it again.
