Hello, please help. I have a problem with WD my cloud. When I connect through a DLNA connection to TV and watch a movie, the disc will always go wrong while watching the movie. The connection from the pc remains working but the connection from the tv or x box does not work, it only helps if I restart the disk to do the check and then everything works 5min / 30min / 45min but then it turns out I already changed the router, made a rough restart I do not know what to do I’m using this disc, do I have the chance to make it down? or as below ,
