Wd MY Cloud 3TB disconnect after 30 min

Hi,
I use WD My Cloud to watching videos in streaming trough Lan Wifi. It connect to my router by Ethernet cable. But when start streaming video after 30 mins it disconnect from Lan and it doesn’t works.

Hi lion11,

There could be multiple reasons for the My Cloud drive getting disconnected after 30 minutes, However we recommend restarting the router or network switch and My Cloud drive. If possible you can also try changing the ethernet ports or cables. It’s also recommended running diagnostics on My Cloud.
