I have Wd My Book World Edition 1TB. Can I backup my pc to this one over network with smartware?

If not, which is the best way to back up my My Book World Edition 1TB  to  MyBook Essential 1.5TB???

Manual backup (drag-drop-copy-paste) or you can connect the drive to the usb port on the MBW and perform a backup on the MBW network administrator.
