Hi All,
I have been given a brand new unit and when I try to install the software I receive a message that says I cannot install it on this version of window. Anyone know where I can download the w10 compatible software?

The same situation! I’ve got it only yesterday and spent 3 ours trying to install on W10.
I contacted with the support staff and they told me that there is no SW for W10.
I only manage to get into MB trough the web browser using it’s ip address and created new folder.(login: admin, pass: 123456) After that i connected this folder as network disk.
Today i found this:

And will try it later in the evening.
