WD My Book Thunderbolt Duo - Incompatible drive in slot B

I have the unit above (3TB) connected to my iMac for a number of years. Today when trying to access it, i received two separate errors: Incompatible drive in slot B; and ‘The drive in slot A is missing’. I am running macOS Monterey V12.3.1

The drive has been working great and now cannot access it.

I run WD Drive Utilities and the quick test does not run.

Can anyone suggest something to get this running again?
