Device is not determined.
I was installing firmware from official site. During that time in the middle of process was switched off energy.
After that device is not determined on PC. It writes USB device and not more.
I don`t now what to do in that situation.
Does exist some ways to return to work position?
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
