WD My Book Mac to be read by Windows

I have a 500GB WD My Book the one with the blue rings. Apple did a backup on it so it was formatted for MAC. How can I get the windows XP side to read it?

Go look for Mediafour’s MacDrive software. It’s on its 8th version.
