WD My Book Essentials 2TB won't work

Hello

I have a 2TB USB2.0 My Book Essentials external hard drive which have worked perfectly until last night

last night my pc had crashed but came back with no problems

since then the external hard drive has not been recognized, uploaded or worked with any pc or labtop i conected it to

no external drive window pops up, nothing in my computer and nothing on disk managment

will appreciate the help

What OS are you using and does the drive show in Disk Management? It’s probably corrupt from the computer crash. If the drive shows in Disk Management there different things to try.
