i use to have this my WD hard drive working in a Sony Vaio with Vista, i back up everithyng to the WD hard drive, the Sony hard drive is corrupted and i can’t recover any info so i get a new computer Samsung touch screen running on windows 8, i pluged the WD hard drive and proceed to do a recovery for the new computer as the store recommended, once the computer finished the recovery the only information i see is the Samsung recovery but not all the other saved prior…lots a pictures etc, my question is can you please gide me and how to recover my info saved prior the recoveryof the Samsung? please, please all my family memmories are in that drive, i really need some help, my name is Manny Urrego and my phone is , thank you so much in advance
There are many ways to recover the data. Please check the drives content on the computer to make sure the data was transferred to the external drive.
You can either manually copy the files to the computer or use the software that you used to backup the data in order to retrieve the files.
